It will take one year to make the Corniche and a part of Hafa Suq, the incense suq, more beautiful in order to boost tourism and other commerce. The beautification of the area in Salalah is a work in progress. Now bulldozers are pulling down the houses, mostly built after 1975. During the time I took pictures, former owners were passing by and stopped their cars for a while. Like I wrote before; the pictures I take, captures a moment that’s again gone forever, impossible to reproduce. Soon there will be no house left.
